My name is Sara Varona and as a qualified yoga teacher, I specialize in private one-on-one, small group and pregnancy yoga sessions in Delray Beach & Boca Raton, ranging from basic beginner to intermediate and advanced students.

If you’ve often felt that a class environment doesn’t work for you, consider private yoga sessions. By working with you one-on-one or in a small group, I get to know your body, and custom design a yoga program that works for your goals and starting level of fitness.

As your body finds the rhythm of yoga, we work on a deeper level taking your body to places you want to go, and to places you thought you couldn’t go. I assist you through your postures with physical adjustments which allow you to enjoy the maximum benefits of each posture.

Private or small group yoga sessions take place in the comfort of your own home or in my private Yoga Temple in Delray Beach. I teach many different styles of yoga, and guide you to the best type of yoga for you, your body and your goals.
